Please little Rugrat. Rugrat came to ECCHA as a stray and is ready to find a loving home to call his own. Rugrat was very nervous when he first arrived at ECCHA. With some extra love and socialization, he has come a long way! He will need an adopter that will allow him time to adjust to his home. We are requiring him to go home to a household with another cat to play with. The more experiences your kitten has, the more comfortable they'll be with new things throughout their life. Having a cat buddy can help them develop social skills, learn how to interact with other animals, read body language, and communicate more clearly. Rugrat is not yet neutered but will be up to date on his vaccinations and microchipped on his adoption day. His adoption fee is $50 with a $100 neuter deposit.
